I have added two new ranks to the free company, Housing Donor and Housing Savior. I figured this will be a way to recognize those who have donated to the FC housing. Here's a quick outline of what each do and how to earn these exclusive ranks.

Housing Donor:
This rank is a tier higher than the entry Linkpearl rank. It will have a little bit more authority in the FC as well as customization to the housing once we get it. Since I have made it so this rank has minimum housing customization, the Linkpearl rank no longer has any access to housing customization.
Eligibility: Anyone who has donated at least 50,000 Gil to the Free Company housing savings will be promoted to this rank.

Housing Savior:
This Rank is going to be the third highest tier in the FC, on par with the Founder tier. It'll be a a single tier higher than the Pearlsack rank and it'll have full access to housing customization–including removal of furniture, painting the house, guestbook power and even building.
Eligibility: Anyone who has donated at least 500,000 Gil to the Free Company housing savings will be promoted to this rank.

I know the eligibility requirements are a little high, but considering that we need so much gil to acquire a house I decided to set requirements accordingly. This will be a way for future Guildies to be able to recognize those who have helped the FC set up a house for years to come. I want to be able to use these ranks as a way to make those Guildies standout to the rest much like how the FC Founder rank makes those Guildies stand out.

Note: Once the FC has purchased land and begun building a house, these ranks will be closed off to the rest of the FC who haven't achieved the ranks. I am keeping track of how much everyone donates and will promote as we go.

Ohhh the concluding note at the bottom clarifies everything completely. The ranks become exclusive and unobtainable after the land is purchased! That's pretty neat.
