If you're a potential crafter who can meet the contracts requirements, be sure to respond to the thread first letting the client know you're taking on the job! Once you have the contract completed, place the crafted item(s) in the company chest and let the client know you've finished the job. Then when the client withdraws it from the company chest, he may deposit a donation to the FC's donation fund for housing, if they wish to do so, right then and there while he's picking his item up.

Now you may be wondering why use the company chest in place of just trading it or sending the item directly to the client. With this method, I can keep track of who is being an active member of the FC and who's donating Gil to the donation fund with the company chest's history list. I will be using the history of the chest to also help me determine who deserves promotions within the FC even when I'm not looking.

And if none of that is incentive enough, once we obtain a house all of us get a 25% exp. bonus while crafting in there. This can only help the FC as a whole! So let's start using this method and get us a house!
